Ski-Inn® on omistusmalli, joka perustuu huoneiston vuokraamiseen, kun omistaja itse ei sitä käytä. Rukalla on toteutettu vuodesta 2004 lähtien yli 450 Ski-Inn huoneistoa, ja Pyhällä yli 160 huoneistoa nyt Kultakeron ollessa kokonaisuudessaan valmis. Parasta Ski-Inn omistamisessa on helppous ja hyvä tuotto: Ski-Inn Oy hoitaa kaikki huoneiston kulut ja tilittää omistajalle puhtaan vuokratuoton kahdesti vuodessa. Vuokraus ja huoneiston ylläpito hoituvat vaivattomasti ja tehokkaasti taaten omistajalle myös parhaan mahdollisen tuoton. Huoneisto on aina siivottu ja valmiina käyttöön, kun Sinä tulet lomalle tunturiin. Kun et itse käytä huoneistoasi, tuottaa se Sinulle vuokratuloa Ski-Inn vuokrapoolin kautta.

Ski-Inn® is an ownership model based on renting out the apartment when the owner is not using it. Since 2004, over 450 Ski-Inn apartments have been completed in Ruka and over 160 apartments in Pyhä, now that Kultakero is fully finished. The best part of owning a Ski-Inn property is its simplicity and good returns: Ski-Inn Oy takes care of all the apartment’s expenses and transfers the net rental income to the owner twice a year. Rental management and apartment maintenance are handled seamlessly and efficiently, ensuring that the owner gets the best possible return. The apartment is always cleaned and ready for use when you come for a vacation in the fells. When you’re not using the apartment, it generates rental income for you through the Ski-Inn rental pool.
